Effective January 4, 2010 this council seat became vacant due to the election of former Mayor Kevin Poland to Judge, and the subsequent appointment of Councilman-At-Large Joe Bica to Mayor. City Council will begin the search for an individual to fill this seat for the remainder of the term.
