Our observance policy ...

When these official holidays occur during the normal work week (Monday - Friday) they are observed on the day they occur as listed above.  If the Holiday falls on a Saturday then it is observed on the Friday immediately before ... and if the Holiday falls on a Sunday then it is observed on the Monday immediately after.

NOTE: These hours do NOT affect emergency services provided by the Police and Fire Departments, however the records and administrative divisions in these departments will be closed in observance of these Holidays.  In case of
