Ravenna is a strong-spirited, family focused, caring community that has a great deal of heritage, energy and charm. My administration’s goal is to capitalize on the city’s potential, better align our resources, grow our tax base and improve our neighborhoods.

It is vitally important that we work daily to lay a strong foundation to secure Ravenna’s bright future through targeted direction and strategic planning.

In coming weeks, I will use this space to share more about our plans and initiatives but for now I want you to know that my initial goals include 

• Reconnecting with Ravenna’s business community;
• Establishing a visible commitment to economic development;
• Improving the customer service and accountability of all city departments;
• Fostering a politically independent administration; and
• Working on long-term strategic planning that will bring us more in line with the business world.
