	Membership: Membership is simple. There are no contracts and no initial dues.  Your 30-day unlimited pass begins from the date of purchase.  If you live or work in the city, bring in your driver’s license or pay stub to receive a discount.

• The RAC Summer Indoor Cycling Challenge is just the program for you to keep your exercise routing going throughout the summer. Keep your New Year’s resolution going by attending our cycling classes in an air conditioned room . The RAC Summer Indoor Cycling Challenge will run from June 1 - August 31 with the goal of achieving the 500 mile mark. It’s simple.
  • Attend any or all cycling classes offered at The RAC in June, July and August.
  • Fill out  The RAC Summer Indoor Cycling Challenge form each time you cycle and watch your miles rack up.
  • You will receive 20 miles for 30 minutes of class riding and 30 miles for 60 minutes.
  • A nominal fee of $5.00 from members and $6.00 from non-members (non-members will need to pay the drop-in fee each time you come to The RAC) is required to be involved in this challenge (this is a one time fee when you sign up and is NOT for each class you take).
  • If you wish to take this challenge on, sign up at The RAC desk by May 21.
  • All cyclist will receive a FREE water bottle compliments of Eddy’s Bike Shop in Stow.
  • Monthly prizes from Sports Xpress and Eddy’s.
  • All 500 mile or more achievers will have their name put in the hopper for a $50.00 gift certificate to Eddy’s Bike Shop. 
• Summer Blast - I spent my summer at The RAC! This is a one-of-a-kind boost for your fitness routine that challenges you to participate in The RAC’s group exercise classes. Never joined one? Maybe now is the time. It’s easy and in the end YOU benefit. Stop by The RAC desk and fill out a Summer Blast - I spent my summer at The RAC form by May 21. Then from June 1st - August 31st you choose which group exercise classes you want to take. To be eligible for the grand prize, you will need to attend a minimum of eight (8) classes per month (that’s 24 classes for three months) and no more than twelve (12) classes per month (that’s 36 classes for three months). This special program applies to only those classes offered in the group exercise room. WOW, think of all the calories you will be burning off! Here’s another chance for you and a friend (or spouse) to have fun while exercising for the one time low fee of $5.00 for members and $6.00 for non-members (non-members will need to pay the drop-in fee each time you come to The RAC). The Summer Blast - I spent my summer at The RAC is for women and men 18 years and above. Each participant will receive a FREE water bottle compliments of Eddy’s Bike Shop. All qualifying participants will have a chance to win a Polar Heart Rate FS2 monitor compliments of Leslee Keegan, Personal Trainer. Monthly prizes from Fit Chicks, Inc. and Mimi’s Italian Restaurant. We want you to stay on track with your exercise goals and we’re here to help!
