Diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, osteoporosis, depression, obesity, cancer, arthritis ... the list goes on; a list that can be significantly improved or totally prevented through a healthier lifestyle that includes regular exercise.  Everyday we hear the stats, yet everyday many of us choose to ignore them.  I can't begin to relay how great it feels to actually hear from a participant that they have improved their health in some way.  We hear, on a regular basis, how participation has lowered cholesterol, improved bone density, eliminated dependency on medication, or just reduced their weight.  The participant is delighted and so are we!  Please join us and make this the healthiest year ever!
