The goal is to provide a happy Christmas to those children who otherwise may not have received gifts due to family and/or financial hardships.  Fund-raising efforts throughout the year make this event possible. Families are chosen for a variety of reasons such as extreme financial hardship due to loss of employment, loss of parent(s) during the current year, catastrophic loss such as house fires, etc.
